Loki

Almost all mythologies of the world mention the gods of fire that were imaged as powerful creatures that sometimes were not even weaker than the main god of the hierarchy. But the image of Loki is very interesting.
Loki is the god of the fire in Nordic traditions. He was the brother of Oden. He had the same power as his brother that was considered to be the most powerful god. Loki was tall, courageous, handsome, but he liked to laugh at people and was very perfidious.
Loki was the giant but people admitted him to their society because of which they suffered a lot. But Loki always found the way out thanks to his clever abilities. He was the initiator of the magic things creation, the building of the wall round the cities.
He was guilty in the event when people didn't keep their word. He was one of twelve main gods after Oden nevertheless he was not less powerful then his brother being obliged to obey him.
He inspired the killing of Balder. After his murder the gods caught Loki and put him into the prison in earth under the snake from teeth of which the poison is coming. His wife is holding the bowl over his head. But when the bowl is filled with poison and she is going away to pour it away, the convulsions of Loki cause the earthquakes.
During one of the battles he will be killed by another god.
